PlaSmart Inc. is a Canadian-based distributor of smart, simple, educational toys for children. The story began in December, 2002 when Timothy Kimber, then owner of an ecommerce business, happened upon some children test-driving a yet unknown ride-on vehicle.  Fascinated that this car did not require batteries or pedals and was propelled by simply turning the steering wheel, Kimber located the seller of this unique toy.  Within a month, PlaSmart was born with North American distribution and marketing rights  secured for PlasmaCar. With an uncomplicated, honest vision and a philosophy to under-promise and over-deliver, PlaSmart expanded into more than sixty countries on five continents in a few years. 

PlaSmart distributes innovative and quality products that have won numerous toy awards. The company focuses on toys that develop motor and dexterity skills, balance, creative and imaginative play, hand-eye coordination, problem-solving skills and, of course, entertainment.  In addition to the PlaSmart team, the company is proud to work with toy inventors and designers who share its vision.
